Many constants have effects called skills that affect the game. There are three kinds of skills:
  • Persistent
  • Reactivt
  • Activated

Persistent skills

Happens continously while the constant is on the planet.

Reactive skills

Happens when a certain condition is met.

Activated skills

Happens when you pay a cost.
Activated skills always have a speed that determines when it can be activated.
